Dr Thorsten Schnier and Prof. Xin Yao from Cercia attended the 2004 UK BDS Statisticians’ and Programmers’ Conference (an GSK internal conference) at GlaxoSmithKline (Ware Amenity Centre) on 14 October 2004 and gave an invited talk on “Applications of Evolutionary Computation in the Pharmaceutical Industry”.

The cluster application is led by Cercia research fellow, Dr. Thorsten Schnier. along with Bob Hendley, Russell Beale and Xin Yao.
