Cercia welcomes Dr. Hisashi Handa from the Okayama University, who joined us on 13 December 2004 as a visiting researcher until 15 September 2005. Dr. Handa’s main interest is in evolutionary computation. He will be working on evolutionary optimisation at Cercia.
