Dr. Hirotaka INOUE joined Cercia in late March 2006 from Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Information Science, Kure National College of Technology, Japan. His main research interest is in neural networks. He will be with us for one year and working on combining evolutionary computation and neural networks at Cercia.

Pan Zhang joined Cercia in late February 2006 from Shandong University. His main research interest includes evolutionary computation and its applications. He will be with us for one year and working on adaptive representation in evolutionary optimisation at Cercia.

Roberto Gil Pita joined Cercia in early April 2006 from UNIVERSIDAD DE ALCALA in Spain. His main research interest is in neural networks. He will be with us for five months and working on neural network ensembles.
