Cercia welcomes a new visitor, Dr. Hisashi Handa from the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Okayama University, Japan, who will be with us for three months. Dr. Handa collaborates with us on hybrid evolutionary algorithms for the capacitated arc routing problem.
