Cercia wins 800K Euro project funding

01-07-2009 - Dr. Siang Yew Chong from the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus visited CERCIA for one month on 1-31 July 2009. He was working with Dr. Peter Tino and Professor Xin Yao on co-evolutionary learning. Dr. Chong was a former PhD student and research fellow at CERCIA before taking up a lecturing position at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus.

Cercia Director takes up Vice Presidency for Publications

Cercia PhD student offered Google internship

02-01-2009 - Miss Fernanda Li Minku, a PhD student from Cercia, has been offered a highly competitive Google internship for the period of 5 October 2009 to 26 March 2010. Fernanda was also previously a finalist for the Google Europe Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship in 2006 and 2007, and won 1000 euros.
